NEW DELHI / VADODARA, 17 October 2026: RJ Vision Pvt Ltd today announced plans to reach 30,000 students over the next three years through an expansion of its coaching centres, educational services and integrated schools across Gujarat. Backed by MSM Unify, the company will build on its experience in NEET, JEE and science education, with its leadership team continuing to oversee academic delivery and operations.
MSM Unify will support the expansion with technology, operational expertise, brand-building capabilities and access to its wider education network.
RJ Vision is led by its directors, Dr Rajiv Vijay and Er. Jeetu Vijay. The company combines classroom teaching, structured study material, assessment and personal mentoring to help students prepare for medical and engineering entrance examinations. Dr Rajiv Vijay, a physician and educator, is also the author of Pearson’s Objective Biology for NEET.
The first integrated school is planned in Vadodara. Led by doctors and engineers, it will combine school education with focused preparation for NEET and JEE. Their direct involvement in teaching and mentoring will help students strengthen their subject knowledge and better understand the demands of medical and engineering careers.

The company also intends to strengthen faculty recruitment and training as it expands. New locations will be developed in phases, based on student demand, faculty availability and the resources needed to maintain consistent teaching standards.
